I joined InstaGroup as a Workforce Planning Coordinator and I developed my organisational, communication and relationship building skills in this role. I was previously working in the retail industry so was apprehensive about the big industry change. InstaGroup educated me on all things energy efficiency and made the transition smooth. InstaGroup mentioned that my expertise would benefit the Internal Sales team massively and offered the opportunity to take on a new challenge. When the Internal Sales Executive role became available, I moved over to the sales team and I am loving it! 

I chose to work at InstaGroup because I wanted to work for a business I believe in and the leaders give back to their staff, making you feel seen as people, not just a number!

I have taken on many new challenges since moving into the sales team, such as being given the opportunity to support the Solar Manager in sourcing new business. This has been rewarding and I have built strong relationships with customers. 

The best part of working at InstaGroup is definitely the atmosphere of the office. We are all One Team and it's a fun place to work with lots of team activities!
