Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Sales Support: Support the external sales team by managing leads, follow-ups, and quotations.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of InstaGroup’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams such as warehouse, Energy Services, finance and various suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Technical surveillance: Support the technical team by tracking and reporting ongoing technical surveillance with our network of customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upbeat, ‘can do’ attitude: Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Excel skills: Confident in excel with the ability to create tables and formulas for sales reporting and data analysis.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software for order processing and customer management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer issues and addressing challenges.
What we offer:
- Salary £27,500 - £30,000 per annum
