I first joined InstaGroup as an Energy Services Executive. Right from the start, I communicated my goals and my desire for progression, and I’m grateful that the team recognised my potential. They gave me chance to prove myself, trusting me with extra responsibilities that boosted my confidence and skills, getting me ready for the next step. When a Team Leader position opened up, I felt prepared to take it on. Since taking my new role on, InstaGroup has supported me by placing me in useful training sessions that will help me succeed. I chose to work at InstaGroup because I loved the vibe of the office as soon as I walked in for my interview. It’s modern, open, and has a real open door feel. I had a great sense that the business was very family orientated and as a mum that really resonated with me.

A particularly memorable experience at InstaGroup was when I joined the company in the London to Brighton walk to help raise money for two amazing charities. It challenged me both physically and mentally, but the team spirit and determination really kept me going.

One of my favourite aspects of working at InstaGroup is that they work hard but play even harder. They hold fantastic events that genuinely reward the hard work everyone puts in. I feel grateful to be part of the Insta family.
