During my apprenticeship at InstaGroup I have received so much support across the business, including being able to turn to many people for support not just my team. I feel like I can progress massively within the company. Having the opportunity to do my apprenticeship is already helping me develop a stronger career in the business.

InstaGroup have made it easy to have a good college/work balance, ensuring I have time to complete my college work within my working hours without feeling overwhelmed. InstaGroup made the process very easy to enrol and helped with my whole onboarding process. I work closely with my team to deliver the best customer service we can, and college greatly supports this.

I have enjoyed the contrast between work and college the most – being able to go to college and meet new people while learning new skills, makes me feel like I’m not missing out on any experiences all while still working on my future career. I wouldn’t want to be doing my apprenticeship anywhere else!
