Towards the middle of 2022, my manager brought up the idea of joining an apprentice programme to further develop my skills and become an overall better manager. This course has taught me how to approach conflict, how to manage operational practices and so much more. It has been an invaluable experience and I couldn't have done it without the support from my manager and colleagues at InstaGroup. Whenever I've needed support, Insta have been able to provide me with an opportunity in which I can practice my learning. 

Once I've completed my apprentice, I will hold a level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership which will allow me to progress my career further with InstaGroup!
